The National Institutes of Health on Self (NIHoS) and the Medical Food Pantry Collective (MFPC) are grassroots and central for advancing our understanding of complex multi-system chronic syndromes currently affecting millions of people.  A primary focus is rooted in the democratization of the ability to produce plant based medicines cheaply and easily at home.  

To understand and study the complex biology of self decentralized is virtually impossible, simply due to the large numbers of variables present in unregulated, independently grown plant based medicines and our unique individual biologies combined. 

The Medical Food Pantry Collective (MFPC) is a centralized effort to simplify many variables by administering  psilocybin through a controlled supply of intentionally co-enriched curated foods allowing easier understanding of common findings and trends.  

The use of different adaptogens to join the fungal entheogen along with incorporation of prebiotic, probiotic, postbiotic and intentional microflora subtype expansions of the gut microbiome allow the MFPC to settle the gut-brain axis and get to deeper learning, study and healing that may come as: relief, stepwise improvements, intentional repair, cell growth, sustained improvement or ultimately a cure.
